At Crazy Costumes we fully understand that when buying on-line it is not easy to see the item up close.We would recommend when you can to purchase from our store in Cork.

If you decide to return the goods,which you are not happy with or do not want.Then you may do so either for an exchange(if the item is of higher value than the item you are exchanging you are liable to pay the difference)or a full refund.

We will require that you will return the goods to us for which you will be liable for all the posting and packing.

If the goods are not returned within 7 days from the receipt of the goods,we cannot accept them back.

If you decide to return the goods ,you should inform us by e-mail as soon as possible.

Postage does not constitute as part of an exchange and the postage must therefore be paid again for the items being sent to you in exchange.

In the rare occasion that you receive a faulty item we will promptly replace them or refund them once we get notification and we receive back the faulty goods, of this cost you will not be liable.
